As of March 1998, the Lord willing, the Springford School with the Bible, which utilizes the individual learning system of the School of Tomorrow, has an opening for the following position:

TEACHER-SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

The Supervisor's responsibilities are to inspire achievement, carry out discipline, supervise academic results, and communicate with the parents.

Requirements:

We require from applicants that they are active confessing members of a Church of Reformed persuasion. A Bachelors of Arts Degree is preferred. Applicants must be capable of offering assistance to students in grade 1 - 12.

Youth Director

The First Reformed Church of Hamilton is searching for a full time Youth Director. The incumbent will develop, implement, and lead junior, senior, and adult programs; counsel, guide, and nurture young people on an individual basis; adt as a resource to consistory, youth leaders, and parents in dealing with youth problems both in and outside of church; and implement a youth outreach program in co-operation with the youth ministry and outreach ministry teams.

Applicants should be RCA members in good standing and be able to exercise strong spiritual leadership. A solid background in youth ministry or related Christian education, proven skills in programming, and the ability to design, co-ordinate, and direct creative programmes would be definite assets. compensation c/w benefits and a travel allowance would be commensurate w/experience.
