Dearly beloved husband of Dorothy Hesselink-Meerdink, loving father and grandfather of Joanne and Tom Cosstick, Doug, Tom, and Mandy of Stratford; Irene and Dick Keunen, Julie and fiance Chris, Michael, Shelley, and Christa of Moorefield; Jerry Hesselink of Drayton; and Wilma and Norman Clancy of Halifax, N. S. Fondly remembered by his mother, Mina Hesselink, of Royal Terrace, Palmerston, and brothers and sisters, Bill and Debbie Hesselink of Woodstock, Trudy and Jerry Koobs of Drayton, Bert and Mary Hesselink of Moorfield, and Sieny and Jerry Klaassen of Alma, and many nieces and nephews. John was a member of the Drayton Reformed Church.
